Naan



INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour- 3 cups
Milk-3/4 cup
Water- 1 1/2 cup(approximately)
Yeast-1 Tablespoon
Salt-1 T.spoon
Sugar-1T.spoon
Oil

HOW TO COOK?

Take 1 cup of warm water and add the yeast followed by sugar,salt,milk and little oil.
Add this mixture with all purpose flour to make a dough.(Never mind the dough will be too sticky!).Rest it for 15- 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven for 500 degrees.
Apply some oil in your hand,take some dough(tomato size) and dust it with all purpose flour and roll it.
Place it in a tray and cook it for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.Take it out and flip it other side cook for 1 minutes. Apply butter and serve.
