Muffins



INGREDIENTS:

Oat flour- 3 cups
Flax seed flour- 1/4 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Baking soda-1/2 tspn
Baking powder- 11/2 tspn
Salt-1/2 tspn
Apple-1 (skin peeled & grated)
Banana-1(mashed)
Oil-2 tbspn
Milk-11/2 cups
Almonds-1/4 cup(chopped)
Dry grapes-1/4(chopped)

HOW TO COOK?

Blend Oat flour, Baking soda, Baking powder, Salt, sugar together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl,put flaxseed flour and mix with little water then combine with milk and oil.
Mix this mixture with Oat flour mix and stir until just blended.
Add the grated Apple, mashed Banana, crushed Almonds and Dry Grapes.
Batter will be thick.
Spray some oil in muffin cups and fill the batter 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the pans for 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
