Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon


INGREDIENTS:
Salmon - 1 Fillet
Garlic - 2 to 3 Pods (finely shredded)
Italian herb seasoning - 1/2 TSP
Cayenne Powder - 1/2 TSP
Butter - 3/4 TBSP
Lemon - 2 thin slice
Salt - As per taste

HOW TO MAKE?
Wash the fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
Make thin pockets 1 inch apart(not too deep), which helps to absorb the spices  and gives more flavor inside the fish.
Rub the salmon fillet with finely shredded garlic, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper powder and half the amount of salt.
Now rub the butter gently all over the fillet(especially inside the thin pockets) or cube the butter into 4 pieces and place it on top the thin pockets.
Place the lemon slices on top of the fillet and sprinkle some salt.
Bake the fish for 400`F for 5 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 350`F, cook for 10 minutes.
