INGREDIENTS
1.Beetroot - 2 cup(finely grated)
2.Milk - 2 cup
3.Sugar - 1 cup
4.Cardamom - 3
5.Cashew -5 to 8
6.Almonds -5 to 8
7.Raisins-5
8.Ghee/Butter
HOW TO DO?
- Heat the pan and put some ghee or butter. And then add Almonds,Cashew,Raisins fry for 2 minutes till dry grapes bulge out. Then transfer these to a cup.
- In the same pan put the Beetroot and Milk. Close the pan and cook. Stir it every 5 minutes.(Cook in sim heat)
- Cook until Beetroot is done and the milk is 3/4 evaporated. Then add Sugar, Cardamom, Ghee. Don't close the pan hereafter.
- After some time you can see ghee comes out of the Halwa, at that time switch off the heat and add the fried cashews,almonds,raisins.
