CHICKEN TIKKA




INGREDIENTS

Chicken- 1/2 kg (Boneless, skinless)
Onion-1(diced)
Tomato-1(remove the seeds inside and diced)
Capsicum- 1 (diced)
Tandoori Masala- 3 Tablespoon
Gingergarlic paste-3/4 Tablespoon
Curd- 2 Tablespoon
Salt( a pinch)
Skew (wood sticks)-10

HOW TO COOK?

Cut the chicken into medium size(like paneer cubes) and with that add Tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, curd and a pinch of salt(because salt is already there in tandoori masala). Mix it well.
With that add the diced Onion, Tomato and Capsicum and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven for 475 degree, meanwhile insert the chicken, onion, tomato,capsicum in the skew.
Once the oven is heated to 475 degree place the chicken and cook for 15 minutes and then turn it otherside and cook for another 15 minutes.
CHICKEN TIKKA is ready :)
