INGREDIENTS:
Basil - 1/3 Cup (chopped)
Mint - 1/4 Cup (chopped)
Green Chili - 1 (as per taste)
Garlic - 1 Pod
Oil - 1 TBSP (Olive oil)
Greek Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice - 1 TBSP
Salt - Per taste
Cayenne Pepper Powder - A pinch
HOW TO MAKE?
In a food chopper or processor, add basil, mint, garlic, green chili and oil. Chop it finely and move it to a bowl.
Now add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dash of cayenne pepper and salt. whisk well.
Refrigerate minimum 3-4 hours or 12 hours for better taste.
Enjoy the sauce with Tacos, Chips, Sandwiches and so on..
