IDLY MANCHURIAN




INGREDIENTS

Idly-5(cut into cubes)
Onion-1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum-1/2
Garlic-3 pods (finely chopped)
Ginger (finely chopped)
Paneer - 4 cubes (grated)
Green Chilly-2(finely chopped)
Tomato -1/2
Paprika -1/4 tea spoon
Soya sauce
Ketchup
Little crushed black pepper
Salt

HOW TO COOK?
  • Heat 2 table spoon of oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot add idly cubes stir till it turns light brown colour..Keep it in a plate.
  • Heat the pan with some oil, add onions,capsicum fry for a minute and then add garlic, ginger,green chillies. Saute it,till the onions are done.
  • Add paneer stir for a minutes.
  • Add tomato,paprika,pepper,ketchup and soya sauce in the pan and mix well. Cook it for another 2 minutes.Add the fried ildy.
  • Garnish with grated carrots ands cilantro.
