ORANGE CHICKEN



INGREDIENTS
    Boneless chicken(cut into small pieces) Chopped green onions-1/4 cup Garlic 2-3 pods(thinly sliced Ginger(minced) Crushed black pepper Egg-1 Corn flour All purpose flour Bread crumbs Orange chicken sauc Sesame seed oil Olive oil(for deep frying the chicken) Salt to taste HOW TO DO?
  • Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.Stir the egg with salt and pepper in bowl.
  • First roll the chicken piece in all-purpose-flour(Maida), then dip it in the egg bowl, again roll it over the corn flour and bread crumbs.
  • Repeat this for all the chicken.
  • Heat oil in the pan,once the oil is hot add chicken pieces(small batch at a time). fry 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  • Don't over cook the chicken.Keep the fried chicken pieces in a plate.
  • Heat sesame seed oil in a pan,then add minced ginger and garlic. Cook until the raw smell goes.
  • Add green onions followed by orange chicken sauce stir it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the fried chicken. Mix well.
