PANEER DOSA



INGREDIENTS

FOR PANEER MASALA

Paneer-1/2 cup(grated)
Onion-1/2 cup(finely chopped)
Tomato-1/4 cup(finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste-1/4 table spoon
Green chilly-2(finely chopped)
Chilly powder-1/2 tablespoon
Curry leaf
Garam masala-1/4 teaspoon
Soya sauce-1/2 teaspoon
Crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
Oil

FOR PANEER DOSA

Dosa battle
Paneer masala
Oil

HOW TO COOK?
  • Heat the pan,pour the oil.Once the oil is hot add the onions.
  • Saute the onions for a minute,then add ginger garlic paste.And add the green chillies, curry leaf.
  • Cook it until the raw smell goes,then add the chopped tomatoes.
  • When the tomato is done, add the grated paneer and still well.
  • After a minute add chilly powder and mix well.
  • Add crushed pepper and soya sauce.
  • Remove the pan from the cooktop and then add garam masala.
    Paneer masala is ready.
  • Make a regular dosa in the tawa using the dosa battle,sprinkle some oil on top of it.
  • After 10 seconds put the paneer masala in the middle of the dosa and slowly spread it.
  • Cook till Dosa turns light brown.
