FISH FRY


INGREDIENTS

Fish(Tilapia)-2
Ginger garlic paste-2 t.spoon
Chilly powder- 1 t.spoon
Coriander powder-1 t.spoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 t.spoon
Cumin powder-1/2 t.spoon
Pepper powder-1/2 t.spoon
Garam masala-1/4 t.spoon
Green chilly-3(finely chopped)
Curry leaves(finely chopped)
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
Salt
Oil

HOW TO COOK?

Add Ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder,finely chopped green chilles,curry leaves,coriander leaves, salt and 3 table spoon of oil. Make this as a paste.
Cut the fish into medium sizes pieces and marinate it with the paste for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the thawa(medium heat), put the marinated fish pieces and pour one table spoon of oil around the pieces.close the thawa and cook for 2-3minutes or till it turn brown. Flip it other side and do the same.
