METHI PARATHA


INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour-2cups
Onions-1/2(finely chopped)
Green chilly-2(finely chopped)
Cumin Seeds-1 T.spoon
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 T.spoon
Methi leaves(finely chopped)
Cumin powder-1/2 T.spoon
Pepper powder-1/2 T.spoon
Salt
Oil

HOW TO COOK?

Make Chapatti dough and rest it for 10 minutes.
Heat pan, add oil once oil is hot add Cumin seeds,Green chilly, Onion(one by one).Add Ginger garlic paste and saute til onions are done.
Add the methi leaves followed by cumin powder and pepper powder. Cook till methi leaves are done.
Take a big ball of chapatti dough and press it as if you making for chapatti(little thick), stuff 2 t.spoon of cooked methi leaves and seal the edges.Roll the dough as you do for chapatti.
Cook it in a thawa.
