PANCAKE



INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour- 1 cup
Egg- 1
Sugar- 2 t.spoon
Baking soda- 1 t.poon
Milk- 1 cup
Oil- 1 t.spoon
Salt

HOW TO COOK?

Take one cup of All purpose flour and add 1 spoon of baking powder and 1/2 tea spoon of salt(to taste). Mix it well.
Take egg york separate in a bowl, with that add sugar, 1/2 cup milk and oil. Mix it well.
Pour the above mixture, with the mixed flour,add the remaining milk and make it as a smooth batter texture.
Beat the egg white, till it forms as a white foam.
Pour the egg white foam in the batter and mix it.
Heat the pan, pour the batter and cook in medium heat. Once you find small holes in the cake turn it other side and cook for 30 sec.
Serve it with honey or any syrup(blueberry/ strawberry)
